Pisco Peruvian Grill
Problem:
Existing restaurant hood was not big enough to support expanding restaurant.
Solution:
Installation of new commercial hood system.
Result:
We were able to do air balance on both old and new hoods and existing HVAC system to ensure the building behalfs as one complete mechanic system.
